These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ConnectWith9 Event Planners' website and event planning services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ConnectWith9 Event Planners provides event planning, coordination and management services for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, destination events and other gatherings across our service locations.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the advance deposit (as specified in your individual contract)
The advance is typically 30% of the total package cost
Final payment is due as per the schedule in your event contract
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

3. Cancellation Policy

60+ days before event: Full refund (minus processing fee of ₹2,000)
30–59 days before event: 50% refund of advance paid
15–29 days before event: 25% refund of advance paid
Less than 15 days: No refund (vendor commitments already made)
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to eventplanner@connectwith.in

4. Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled once without penalty if notification is given 45+ days in advance. Subsequent reschedules are subject to a ₹5,000 rescheduling fee and vendor availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event information and guest counts
Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
Obtain required permits or NOCs if needed
Comply with venue rules and regulations

6. Force Majeure

ConnectWith9 Event Planners is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, pandemics or extreme weather events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide partial refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for our services. ConnectWith9 Event Planners is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Vendor Network

Vendors listed on our platform are independent contractors. ConnectWith9 Event Planners acts as a facilitator. While we review vendors, we are not responsible for the independent actions of third-party vendors beyond our contracted scope.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
